National Property Auctions provide an independent platform which allows Qualified Investors to view investment properties post by Registered Sourcing Agents. Therefore National Property Auctions accept no responsibility whatsoever for any information provided on the website or documentation, and all users (Sourcing Agents and Investors) accept fully responsibility for their own actions and understanding of investment risk.
Where we accept credit card payments. These are processed by the largest independent Payment Service Provider, World Pay. Your card will be charged in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds). Other currencies shown on the site are for information purposes. If you are shopping from any country other than the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the British Pound transaction value shown to your own currency.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. For countries outside of the UK or the European Union are subject to local taxation laws.
Credit Card Security; when the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cancellation Policy
This must be done in writing and sent to info@nationalpropertyauctions.co.uk NSG will be in touch to confirm account closure within 3 working days Client must give 30 days notice. Access to the site will be terminated within 30 days of cancellation.
